Card types to measure
A ten-session card for puppy training, a five-session card for advanced classes: you set the number of stamps, the price and the validity period per type. Cards without an expiry date are possible too.
Sell in a few clicks
Choose the member and the card type; the price is taken over automatically and the expiry date is calculated from the purchase date. Giving a discount is simply a matter of adjusting the price.
Register at the lesson
Register one or more stamps in a single action and link them to a specific lesson if you want. The balance is updated immediately and the card closes itself as soon as the last stamp is used.
Corrections with an audit trail
Registered a stamp twice by accident, or forgot a training session? Add or remove stamps with a mandatory reason. Every correction stays visible in the history of the card.
Signals and dashboard
One screen shows the number of active cards, the stamps registered this month and this year's revenue, with separate lists for cards that are about to expire or are nearly used up.
Visible on the member profile
Every member profile shows all their cards with the remaining balance and the expiry date. That way you answer the question "how many sessions do I have left?" straight away, without searching.
