Manage details
Members update their own address, phone number or email address. Moved house? New number? The member handles it themselves, and the board sees the change immediately in the administration.
Register for classes
Members register for courses and activities, and for classes in the app. Is a class full? The member goes on the waiting list and is notified as soon as a spot opens up.
Download certificates
Members download their health insurance certificate themselves, as well as an overview of all their personal data for the GDPR. No more hassle with paper copies.
Pay membership fees and activities
Is my membership in order? Members see it straight away, renew their membership via a Mollie link and pay for activities online when they register.
Stamp cards and membership card
Members see how many sessions are left on their stamp card and what the status of their membership card is. They also use that membership card to log in to the app.
Receive communication
Newsletters, announcements from the board and updates about events: everything bundled in the member zone. Members never miss a message from their dog training school again.
GDPR self-service, without emails back and forth
Under the GDPR, every member may request their data and have it deleted. In the member zone, members do this themselves. The club receives a notification and handles the request in Ledenadmin.
