Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. With an upgrade you get immediate access to the extra features and the difference is calculated pro rata. With a downgrade the new rate takes effect at the next billing period.

You receive a notification when you approach the limit and can then easily upgrade to a higher plan. Existing data is always retained. If you have more than 375 members, our Enterprise plan supports an unlimited number of members.

You receive a monthly invoice by email. Payment is possible by bank transfer or direct debit. All prices exclude VAT. There are no hidden costs or setup fees.

Yes, there are no long contracts. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will then end at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains available for another 30 days on our backup systems.

Certainly! Free onboarding is included with every plan. We help you import your existing member lists from Excel, CSV or other systems. This way you are operational in no time.

Yes, you can also pay annually. The rate is the same as with monthly billing, but you only have to settle once a year. Contact us if you want to switch.

No, there are no setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription. Onboarding and migration support are included free of charge.
