Real-time validation
Is the membership still valid? Has the handler paid? When scanning the QR code, the system checks the status of the membership in real time.
UUID identification
Every card gets a globally unique identifier. No duplicate numbers, no errors. Ideal when multiple dog training schools collaborate at competitions or events.
Scanning via mobile app
Instructors scan the membership cards with their smartphone at the start of the training. Attendance is registered automatically and the membership is validated.
Activation & deactivation
Member left or membership fee not paid? Deactivate the card with one click. Upon renewal, the card is reactivated without having to print a new one.

Member registers
Via the waiting list module or manually by the board. As soon as the membership is active, a membership card is created automatically.
Card is generated
The system generates a unique QR code with UUID, adds the name and details of the handler and prepares the card for shipping or digital use.
Scan and validate
At trainings, competitions or events, instructors scan the card. The system validates the membership and automatically registers attendance.
