Class planning that works for you
Put together your weekly class schedule with all the details: date, time, instructor, maximum number of participants and location. Ledenadmin does the rest.
Date, time and capacity
Define per class when it takes place, how long it lasts and how many handlers can participate at most. Ledenadmin automatically closes registration when a class is full.
Colour coding per class
Each training group automatically gets its own colour in the calendar. This way you see at a glance which classes take place when: puppy in blue, A-class in green, agility in orange.
Waiting list management
Is a class full? Members can put themselves on the waiting list. As soon as someone unsubscribes, the next person on the waiting list automatically receives an offer.
QR code attendance
Instructors scan the membership cards of attending members at the start of the class. Attendance registration is done in seconds — no more paper lists.
Instructor supervision
Assign one or more instructors per class. Instructors only see the classes they are assigned to and manage registrations and attendance themselves.
Push notifications
